Gemlik type olives sourced from Akhisar groves and contract growers during harvest are stored at our own plant and processed after fermentation.
720 cc glass jars and vacuum packs serve the retail shelf, while 10 kg and 2 kg tins are prepared for wholesale and food service. Caliber is selected according to the intended use.
